I saw a negative review for these candies and thought it was far too harsh now i have never tasted fresh mangosteen so I cannot say wether this candy taste like it or not BUT as a candy in general it is not bad and certainly not disgusting. the taste is very unique, sweet at first and bitter at end, its pleasant. I was skeptical to try them at first, but i am glad i did, they are like nothing i have tasted before, come in the most adorable heart shape, have a very unique chewy texture and best of all is that they all come individualy wraped :D the taste is not very kid oriented and more for a mature sweet tooth. and it gives off a very fun sour scent this product is great ... talking about them is really making me want one so I shall go treat myself right now. also buyer beware: they are pricy and should only be eaten in special occasions ^^  Uniqute Gummy, By Monopoly J (Illinois, USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mangosteen: Kasugai Gummy Candy (Japanese Import) (Misc.)
